Do you want to know how to jump higher, run faster, or avoid injury? Biomechanics is the study of the mechanics of human movement. In this course, we learn the principles behind high-performance sports science, as well as how injuries occur and how to avoid them! Using the same equipment as leading sports institutes, we test our theories about sports and fitness with hands-on lab activities to improve the way we coach and prescribe exercise.
