Afternoon Tea Desserts

Workshop | HRT 012

Students will be guided through the construction of a wide range of delicate and captivating desserts. Students will produce both classic and contemporary items that are served at an afternoon tea service by making items including crème brûlée, French mini baguettes, tomato cranberry chutney and lemon meringue tartlets.
