Tandoori Cooking

WORKSHOP | HRT 008

The Indian Tandoori cooking course introduces students to the dynamic functioning of a tandoori kitchen. Students will use a hands- on practical approach, supported through demonstrations to develop skills in cooking tandoori appetizers, main course and breads. Additionally Students will explore origins of tandoori cooking, learn about Tandoor safety, key equipment used, and profitability of tandoori cooking.
