The Indian Tandoori cooking course introduces students to the process of cooking in a tandoori kitchen. Students will learn how to cook tandoori appetizers, main courses and breads through hands-on, practical cooking activities and demonstrations. Students will also explore the origins of tandoori cooking, learn about tandoori safety, key equipment used, and the profitability of tandoori cooking.
