Fine Art of Cake Decorating - Level 2

WORKSHOP | HRT 021

The fine art of cake decorating level 2 students will be guided through the design, planning and construction of a 3D Specialty Cake and Wedding Cake. Through practical application students will demonstrate how to assemble and sculpt multi-tiered cakes in a structurally sound manner using a variety of traditional and modern methods. Decorating materials will include rolled fondant, gum paste and royal icing. Students will also produce a variety of gum paste flowers such as Roses, Rosebuds, Calla lily, Carnations, Daisy, Leaves and Calyxes.
