Making Healthy Happen

Unique among postsecondary institutions, the Humber Centre for Healthy Living offers high-quality nutritional, culinary instruction, massage therapy treatment and student personal train in world-class facilities. We pair students with professional chefs, registered dieticians, student massage therapists and fitness experts in workshops and demonstrations. Patients/clients are taught how to make healthy food choices and lifestyle decisions a permanent part of their daily lives.

  • Development of a workout program specifically for you
  • Personal training sessions in the Humber Fitness Centre (North Campus)
