From hiding an engagement ring in a hotel suite for a guest who was planning a surprise engagement, to arranging to have a brief case repaired for a VIP guest, Madison Riddolls’ mission is to exceed guest expectations and create memorable experiences at The Westin Harbour Castle in Toronto.
Having been groomed in the Postgraduate Hospitality and Tourism Operations Management Program at Humber Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning, Madison says she has landed the perfect job!
With a degree in International Development behind her, Cimoan knew she wanted to travel as part of her career, but wanted more hands-on experience, so she enrolled in the Hospitality & Tourism Operations Management (HTOM) post-graduate program at Humber College.
She couldn’t have imagined the path she would take to find her true passion, thanks to opportunities available at Humber and the supportive faculty and staff in the School of Hospitality, Recreation and Tourism.
