Natasha Falcioni - Professional Pastry Chef

Age: 23
Program/Graduating Year: Baking & Pastry Arts Management, 2015 (Currently applying for a grant to purchase a food truck for "The Sweet Traveler Café & Dessert Bar.")

Role: Combining her love of art and baking to create original cake and dessert creations.

The best part of the job: “I entered my ‘Cake Poutine’ into the Canadian National Exhibition in 2015 and it was nominated as one of the new innovative food items. My first successful venture as an entrepreneur, Cake Poutine was featured on CP24, Virgin Radio, Huffington Post, TO Blog, Breakfast Television and throughout Humber's media outlets, and featured in the Toronto Star."

How Humber helped: “The faculty and instructors at Humber are second to none! Yes, there fancier schools, but it’s Humber's faculty and chefs that make this program special. They are at the top of their profession, very experienced, knowledgeable, and have a business sense that they are so willing to share with students.”
