SPORT MANAGEMENT SPEAKER SERIES GUIDES STUDENTS ON THEIR PATH TO SUCCESS

This semester’s Sport Management Speaker Series kicked off on Tuesday, April 17th with four amazing guest from MLSE Launchpad, the Town of Oakville, Jays Care Foundation and the Toronto Blue Jays. These four panelists were invited to Humber to speak to our current students about their unique career paths and how they achieved success.

They began by speaking about their journey to securing their current jobs, and went on to discuss the things that assisted them in their job searches, interviews, and moving up in the ranks. The purpose of this event was to provide a unique overview from different sectors of the sport world including corporate, government, charity and professional baseball.
