David has experience working as a Diet Technician and Food Service Supervisor at St. Joseph's Health Centre in Guelph. He holds an undergraduate degree in Biological Science from the University of Guelph, as well as diplomas in both Culinary Management and Food and Nutrition Management from Humber College. Upon the completion of the Food and Nutrition Management program, David was offered an internship at St. Joseph's in Guelph, and earned a part-time position in the Food Services department shortly thereafter. In his time at St. Joseph's, David has utilized his passion for nutrition and for good food practices to ensure that the residents of St. Joseph's are receiving the best dietary care that the Food Services team can provide. David is thrilled to be returning to Humber College as an instructor, and hopes his experiences in the field thus far can help to educate and motivate students as they move forward into the exciting field of Food and Nutrition.
