Deb Singer has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years. With a degree in Physical and Health Education, Drama and a teaching degree, fitness is the perfect blend. In her previous life (before becoming a mom), Deb taught physical education and drama. Now fitness is her full time profession.
One of Deb’s proudest achievements is that she has been a “National Trainer” for MOSSA since 1999. She has facilitated workshops to new instructors all over Canada and has participated in several instructional educational videos.
Deb was a competitive gymnast, which is not hard to imagine when you meet her. Some would call her small but mighty. If you’ve been in her Group Exercise Leadership 1 class, you know this is her personal “tag line”.
Deb’s greatest passion is enjoying her very active son Tristan, who aspires to be a Ninja Warrior, professional hockey player and compete at the Olympics in the skeleton (which kid doesn’t want to try a giant toboggan?). She feels privileged to help people with their fitness journeys. Every day she feels gratitude because her work is her passion and never feels like work.
