Dorothy is a Registered Dietitian with over 5 years of experience in the field of nutrition and food. Her experience is diverse, ranging from clinical nutrition, including acute and chronic care for disease prevention and management, to working with chefs and business leaders in the food industry, to private counseling on healthy eating and weight loss, to public speaking, writing and research on various nutrition and health topics.
Dorothy holds an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto and an Honours Bachelor of Applied Science from Ryerson University in Toronto. She completed her Comprehensive Dietetic Internship at Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto. Dorothy is a member of the College of Dietitians of Ontario and Dietitians of Canada.
