Edith (Edie) Loizou

Edie has been in the food industy for over 10 years.  Holding a BA from Saint Mary's University in psychology, a BASc in Food & Nutrition from Ryerson, Edie has recently graduated from the University of Guleph with an Executive MBA in Hospitality & Tourism. As a Red Seal certified Chef, Edie has been working to modify recipes to combine the culinary world with the nutrition world.
