Eric Deletroz

Eric is a Certified Chef the Cuisine since 1993 and is actively involved with the CCC program as a lead examiner. Most recently Eric was appointed the Education Chair for the Muskoka District Chef Association. Eric was formally trained in Switzerland, a bilingual Executive Chef (French and English) that spent the last 25 years in the hospitality industry in Canada. Eric’s extensive employment history offers him a wide range of knowledge from Five Star hotels in Switzerland, designing and overseeing the largest flight kitchen in North America and menu development for Canadian chains including: Swiss Chalet, Baton Rouge and Pizza Delight.
