Jahnnis is a Professor who works with HRT, the Humber Institute of Technology and Advance Learning (HITAL) to deliver the Business and Career Management (MGMT100) course, in Hybrid mode, to diploma, certificate and Apprentice Students. Before that, he taught Introduction to Computer Applications (CIS*1000) to degree students at the University of Guelph, Kemptville Campus.
Aside from enjoying knowledge transfer (teaching-and-learning), Jahnnis believes that strategic maturity is the road to continuous learning.

By formal training, Jahnnis holds a B. Sc. (Agr.) from the University of Guelph, and a B. Sc. (L.H.) from Mexico-Panama Professional and Technical Institute, and aside from teaching, now works as a Programmer Analyst, specializing on Web Design, and is a founder partner of TangibleServices.ca.
When not at work, Jahnnis enjoys photography, camping, boat trips on Eastern Ontario lakes and rivers, or the occasional trip to the Niagara or Sable Beach region.
