Jason is a Performance Coaching Consultant and Positive Interventionist. His areas of expertise include Life, Executive, Team Effectiveness Coaching and Leadership Development. Jason integrates Positive Psychology, Leadership and Team Development interventions and best practices to facilitate positive change with people and teams. He employs a fun, engaging, discovery based approach to driving personal and team performance.
In addition to his professional practice, Jason consult as a Team Performance Coach with the Smith School of Business at Queen's University, a Leadership Development Coach with Ryerson University Athletics, and a Positive Interventionist with the Urban Happiness Project and the Toronto District School Board. Jason has also been Faculty in the Sport Management Program at Humber College since 2013.
Jason brings 20 years’ experience working with high-performance teams as a coach and program director. Jason has provided leadership in Sport Management for Canada Basketball, Basketball Ontario, Ryerson University, Centennial College, George Brown College, Humber College, Appleby College, Bill Crothers Secondary School and the North Toronto Basketball Association. He has coached sport at the club, College and University level.
Jason holds a Master of Arts in Leadership from the University of Guelph; a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Toronto and a Graduate Diploma in Sport and Event Marketing from George Brown College.
