As the Co-Founder of Nutrition for NON-Nutritionists,TM Lucia is an international speaker and educator, helping hundreds of food and beverage professionals leverage their interest in nutrition to inspire health and wellness. Lucia is also a Faculty member and Instructor at Humber College School of Hospitality, Recreation and Tourism in nutrition, food safety and professional development.
Lucia is a graduate of the University of Toronto with a specialization in nutritional sciences and food chemistry.
