Canadian born Chef Michael Teune started his career in a small Italian restaurant outside of Toronto.
Since then he has travelled the world, working in five star restaurants and hotels in France and Australia.
Within Canada, Michael has crossed the country, working at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise in the west and the Rodd Crowbush Resort in P.E.I. in the east.
Michael has also spent some time working at sea, for the six star ultra-deluxe cruise line, Regent Seven Seas. He began as a Chef de Partie and worked his way through the ranks to Chef du Cuisine, overseeing a brigade of 82 chefs.
Michael returned to Canada in 2005 as Executive Chef at the prestigious, Greystone Golf Club in Milton, Ontario, which ranks thirty fourth in Canada, and is one of thirty two ClubLink Properties.
Michael is a graduate of the Cook Apprentice program at Humber College.
