Peter is a Registered Dietitian, holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Foodservice Management. He also has a culinary Red Seal and has completed a Chef’s apprenticeship. Most recently, Peter became Lean certified.
Peter is an independent foodservice consultant who advises organizations and businesses on how to improve the client experience in a sustainable way that delivers continuous improvement and value.
Peter has a vast scope of knowledge and experience from across the foodservice industry, in operations management and in a sales and marketing capacity obtained through working across North America. His progressive experiences make him well versed in how to understand unique circumstances and turn these into a realistic and functional solution. He has worked in high profile areas of healthcare and business dining.
Peter has worked for global contract management companies, such as Versa Services (now Aramark) and Sodexo Canada, in several different positions and also held progressive business development roles within international companies like Computrition and Clintec Nutrition (Nestle).
