Richard has over twenty-five years of management experience within the hospitality sector. He has managed in such renowned and well-reviewed restaurants as Senses on Bloor, and Jump Café and Bar. (Both achieved top ten Toronto restaurant awards from Toronto Life magazine during his management tenure.) He has won the drink list of the month from Toronto Life and has been written favourably about in various restaurant reviews. Richard has considerable knowledge on such diverse topics as single malt scotch, spirits and wine. Currently, Richard is enrolled in the executive MBA hospitality program in Guelph University.
