Shonah Chalmers graduated with honours from the culinary management program at Humber College. She also completed a Japanese Studies Certificate and was the recipient of notable Presidents Letter. Shonah believes in a life long journey of learning in the culinary world and is very proud to have recently graduated from the Culinary Operations degree program.
Her culinary career has seen Shonah work with some of the city’s top chefs at fine dining establishments such as the Rosewater Supper Club, Winston’s, Accolade, Crown Plaza Hotel and Noce Restaurant. Shonah has also helped run a successful catering company in Toronto. Her most recent position was as Executive Chef at Eagles Nest Golf Club and Lago restaurant.
Chef Chalmers is very proud to be a Humber graduate and has kept ties with many of the faculty in the culinary program and is delighted to be able to continue to help mould and shape our future cooks and chefs as she has previously done, both in the college and in her professional kitchens.
