  • Serviced the Heads of State/Delegates attending the Non-Aligned Summit Conference in Sri Lanka
  • Worked in many prestigious establishments renowned for their excellence in cuisine such as: The Oberoi Hotel, Carlton Hotel, and the Forum Intercontinental Hotel
  • Served many positions including Chef De Parte, Assistant Outlet Manager, Room Service Manager in Saudi Arabia, Amman Jordan, Sri-Lanka

  • 20+ years of experience in Canada, mainly Ontario
  • Obtained A.S.I. Certificate
  • Took part in the product development at the Test Kitchen for Nestle Canada
  • Executive Chef Position at the Holiday Inn Toronto for 8 years, & West Side Bistro Cambridge
  • Chef De Partie for 2 years and Sous Chef for 11 years at Delta Meadovale
  • Involved with the Chef's Challenege Charity event from 1995 - 2007
  • Consultant Chef at the Molson Indy, Toronto Grey Cup Games, and Tennis Canada events 1998 to 2006
