Day 1: Departure Toronto to Rome; over-night flight 

Days 2-4: ROME, Rome City tour; cooking class; TRASTEVERE PIZZA PASTA THEME; personal time to explore Rome; B (Days 3 & 4) 

Day 5: TUSCANY, WINE AND OLIVE OIL THEME- Half-day independent tour of Montepulciano; B 

Days 6-8: FLORENCE, GELATO THEME, walking tour; cooking class; B 

Days 9-11: PARMA & MODENA; B PARMA— CHEESE AND PROSCIUTTO THEME - Bus tour, Cheese factory, then afternoon prosciutto tour with lunch MODENA — BALSAMIC tour, FERRARI THEME 

Days 12-14: VERONA – RICE THEME Risotto farm tour with lunch
VENICE, walking tour, St. Marc’s square; Free Day to explore Venice on your own; B, Dinner on day 14

Day 15: Departure
