Stephanie Mirabelli Dedicates a Year to Giving
It all started last year when Baking and Pastry Arts instructor, Stephanie Mirabelli, was nominated for the Top 30 Under 30 award with the Ontario Hostillery Institute (OHI).
Humber Opens Food Learning Garden
This summer Humber opened the “doors” to the much-anticipated Food Learning Garden. This garden is a space for students and community members to learn about sustainable urban agriculture, local food security and how to grow, harvest and cook their own fresh, healthy food.
Two Chefs Accredited with the Certified Master Chef
The past five days were filled with long days, demanding tests and delicious food for the Certified Master Chef (CMC) exams. Candidates spent all of their time between August 22nd – 26th in the kitchen where they worked hard to earn the title of Certified Master Chef.
