Fitness and Health Promotion Student Trainer

Must be able to commit to the program from May to August 2019.

Includes:

  • A health screening and goal setting session
  • Initial and final fitness assessment
  • Development of a workout program specifically for you
  • Two weekly student personal training sessions for one hour each (20 total)
  • Start date would be mid-May
  • Student trainers contact their clients during week 2-3 of the semester to introduce themselves and schedule their initial consultations with their assigned client
  • Duration of program is 14 weeks (1 initial consultation, 1 initial fitness assessment, 20 personal training sessions twice a week, 1 final assessment and 1 final consultation)
  • Trainer availability depends on student course enrollment. Registration does not guarantee a trainer for the semester. Wait listed participants will be notified.
