Artisan Bread and Chocolate


In this workshop students will gain knowledge, skills and understanding of the techniques involved in the production of Artisan Bread. Through demo, students will focus on mixing techniques, shaping, proofing, and baking of artisan breads. Students will understand the different flours and ingredients used in the preparation of Artisan bread. In addition, students will gain knowledge of the history of chocolate. Through a demo, students will gain knowledge and understanding of how to temper chocolate. Students will learn the types of chocolate and will practice tempering, making simple designs and chocolate bark.
