This 2-hour workshop will explore several spicy foods and the beer pairing options. Certain beers will cool the heat associated with spicy foods and other amplify the flavour without altering the heat of the spice. This workshop will provide you with an in-depth look at pairing concepts and how they relate to spicy food and beer. Through six different pairings this workshop will provide an immersive experience that will give you a better understanding of how the malt and hops in beer react with certain spices. Prerequisite: Must be 19 years of age or older.
