Richard has over twenty-five years of management experience within the hospitality sector. He has managed in such renowned and well-reviewed restaurants as Senses on Bloor, and Jump Café and Bar. (Both achieved top ten Toronto restaurant awards from Toronto Life magazine during his management tenure.) He has won the drink list of the month from Toronto Life and has been written up favourably in various restaurant reviews. Richard has been teaching at Humber College for over 16 years. Richard has considerable knowledge on such diverse topics as single malt scotch, spirits and wine. He has won the Administrative Service award from Humber College. Richard also has an executive MBA from Guelph University.
