Sarah completed both her undergraduate and doctoral degrees in the Department of Kinesiology at McMaster University. Her research focused on how the body responds to exercise and feeding. She has also studied what determines the behaviour choices individuals make. Sarah has developed and facilitated programs on topics such as exercise, sports nutrition and behaviour change for a variety of groups. She has worked with a range of populations including people with spinal cord injuries, the elderly, young, healthy individuals as well as National team athletes.
