Role: Oversees recruitment process from start to finish. Develops recruitment strategies for each department as well as creates strong relationships with different talent pools to tap into when vacant positions arise. Posts and screens for new positions, as well as interviews all candidates to determine if they are the right fit for company brand. Completes first day and onboarding for new hires, and ensures they have a smooth transition into their role. Also leads all colleague programs and social events at the hotel such as recognition programs, communication platforms, incentive programs, holiday celebrations and service award ceremonies.
