Upon graduating from the University of Guelph's Hotel and Food Administration program, Kristy began her career in the hotel business in downtown Ottawa. Within two years of graduating, she became General Manager of a new 130-room hotel in Markham, Ontario.
Josie has both a strong pastry, cake decorating and business background and has been an instructor in he Baking and Pastry Arts Management program at Humber College for the last few years.
Stephanie Banning has been a registered massage therapist for over 20 years, and has gained a wealth of experience in a variety of clinical environments. She has treated in a spa, rehab clinic and as owner of her own clinic.
My career began after graduation from Niagara College where I achieve a diploma in Hotel Restaurant Management. I began working with Canada Packers, now called Gordon Food Service and have had a wonderful twenty-five year career with them.
Karine Barlow is a Registered Dietitian with over 20 years of nutrition experience. Karine graduated from the University of Guelph and spent her career working in a variety of food service and nutrition communication roles.

After pursuing studies in Life Sciences at the University of Toronto, Patricia attended the Sutherland-Chan School and Teaching Clinic, earning her Diploma of Massage Therapy in 1996. After many years in clinical practice, Patricia decided to pursue her interest in education, eventually joining the massage therapy faculty at Humber College in 2015.

Carol Ann spent over 25 years in the insurance and financial services industry before making the switch into the world of wine and spirits. She holds a Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) Level 3 Award as well as a Sommelier Certificate from both the Canadian Association of Professional Sommeliers and the Court of Master Sommeliers.
