Chef Kire is a certified Chef De Cuisine, who graduated from Culinary Management at Humber College in 2003 with honours.
Kevin is a 20-year experienced professional in the sport and recreation field including his roles as Director of Marketing and Business Development for the Ontario Hockey League (OHL) and Director of Marketing and Events for the Ontario Minor Hockey Association (OMHA).

Sherri graduated from Brock University with a Bachelor of Sport Management and Exercise Science degree. Presently Sherri is enrolled in the Masters of Sports Science Program at the United States Sports Academy.
Paul has over 15 years of experience in the sport, leisure and recreation field including his various roles in municipal recreation, private and non-profit sectors.
Wendy is a graduate of the University of Guelph’s Hotel and Food Administration Program, B.Comm. She has worked in nearly every position in the hotel industry including general manager and senior corporate positions in Revenue Management, Sales, Human Resources, Rooms Management and Operations.
