Erin graduated from Laurentian University with a Bachelor of Commerce in Sport Administration.
Judy joined Humber as faculty in the Hospitality Management program and has been the program coordinator of multiple programs including Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Hospitality and Tourism Post Grad and Tourism Management developing each program’s curriculum and supporting student success. Judy is the program coordinator for Study Abroad.

Since childhood, Chef Mark Jachecki has been exposed to the culinary life. As a boy, he was introduced to the wonders of the kitchen through the beloved German restaurant, Zum Rhein, located in Toronto on Lakeshore Boulevard West, which was owned by his father in the late 1970’s to early 1980’s.
Carol Ann spent over 25 years in the insurance and financial services industry before making the switch into the world of wine and spirits. She holds a Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) Level 3 Award as well as a Sommelier Certificate from both the Canadian Association of Professional Sommeliers and the Court of Master Sommeliers.
After completing Chef Training, Susan began an apprenticeship as a patissier at a fine chocolate boutique in Oakville, and at the same time, as a baker specializing in natural foods.
