Ellen graduated from Queen's Commerce before pursuing a Masters of Science from the London School of Economics, and a Ph.D. from the Ivey School of Business. Her research interests revolve around the effects of mindfulness training on attention and emotion regulation, authenticity, resilience, errors, and performance under pressure. Ellen provides training and coaching to organizations interested in Mindful Leadership, stress regulation, and personal development. She is also a professor at the University of Guelph's College of Business and Economics, a yoga instructor, and an executive meditation coach. Prior to graduate school, Ellen traded in commercial real estate with CBRE.
